PTCL EVO Broadband facing Signals Problem, It has been tested on different locations in Karachi, The Evo Broadband USB Device has been changed and inducted a new USB Device from Hewai, EVO USB Device which was Previously issuing by the PTCL was quite well and had a less Signals problems due to which no speed issues were occurring, but now so many PTCL Broadband users are interviewed most of them have speed issues and they are recognizing that the current situation is only due to the signals problem in new Evo USB Device.

On contact said the Area which are away from the BTS Tower may not be covered sufficiently and you will get less signal strength due to staying away , We have checked the same device is PTCL Office where the BTS Tower placed but the Signal Strength was only 60%, Although now PTCL have revised their tariffs and they are charging Rs. 6000, where Rs. 4000/- are Device charges and Rs.2000 monthly service charges, Although previously PTCL were charging Rs. 8000 where Rs. 6000/- were device charges but any new development always to eradicate the problems not to increase.
