It seems that Nokia’s C-Series is growing vastly while previously we had come cross a leaked Touch & Type Slider with not much of details and clears live shots, but now the touch & type slider device from the collection of C-Series namely the Nokia C2-06 has emerged in the type of pictures. Letting us know more about its further touch-and-type functionality while the C2-06 is a low end featured mobile phone apt to be intended for up-and-coming markets.

It is reported that the Nokia C2-06 will sport a resistive touchscreen with a screen resolution of 320×240 pixels to a portrait sliding 12 key number pad for input.While it is operated by Symbian S40 and is said to be dual-SIM functioned mobile phone and if it is so than 2 separate GSM radios would be required for dual-SIM standby, and the device is said to be  quad-band (850, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz). It equips a 2 Mega Pixel snapper on the back, while the company of LED-flash is missing. The battery inside is 1020mAH which will give standby time of up to 480 hours and talk-time of up to 300 minutes.

t has a Micro USB port for file transfer (chargeable) in addition to a legacy 2mm Nokia barrel plug and a standard 3.5mm headset jack, on the top of it. However, connectivity options like WI-FI, 3G over and above GPS is lacking to shrink the price tag and to give more battery juice (standby time). There are no words on its pricing yet, but estimating from the reduced feature handset it should be available off-contract for a very decent price.
