Huawei has announced the exploitation of its newest Next Generation Business Support System (NGBSS) for Ufone. Quoting Huawei and Ufone authorized, the website declares that broadcast for this deployment was made throughout the TM Forum Management World Middle East in Dubai.

It alleged that Huawei and Ufone executives in their talking conferred about this latest NGBSS and how it has assisted Ufone to develop its network in the country.

The GM marketing at Ufone Mr.Ali Ikram stated “Due to very low ARPU (credit to economic circumstances and tough competition amongst the operators at local level), Ufone went for Huawei that offered better ROI than the previous company which supplied the BSS. Previous year, Ufone achieved the maximum revenue raise in the market due to leading marketing tactic supported by them. But with the market developing and changing, and our strategy doing similarly, we needed a new product at the heart of our operation.

This is why Huawei deploys the new charging platform, a new OCS, part of Huawei NGBSS solution. The new OCS helps Ufone integrate with third parties more easily and widely, which expands our business and aligns with our strategy".
