HTC Mobile is about to launch its new mobile Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 on September 8, 2009, The mobile will be launched in less price than the previous Sprint version and with some upgraded options which were missing in last Sprint model. This launching will be held through HTC Web site and telesales.
Operating system for Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 is Windows Mobile 6.1, as per the company “The Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone does offer a couple of advantages over the carrier's other smartphones, however, including the Palm Pre and RIM BlackBerry Tour. First important thing is it has world-roaming capabilities, It has brilliant 3.6 Inch, WVGA, tilting touch screen.
Sprint HTC Touch Pro2 also have Wi-Fi with a full QWERTY keyboard, HTC's TouchFlo 3D user interface, and Straight Talk Technology. Being a Sprint phone, you also get access to several of the company's services, such as Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, and NFL Mobile Live, and it supports the carrier's 3G network.
It would be easy to project HTC Touch Pro2 after its launching but Smartphone customers have reservations into the operating system Windows Mobile 6.1 they say this is an old OS although the current OS version is Windows Mobile 6.5 which has been developed to remove the shortcomings of Windows Mobile 6.1
