Telenor has given away an Eid gift of its unique nature on 3 days earlier, Telenor have stopped subscription to all sms bundles till 24th September,
Today Some of Customer received this message from Telenor.

Dear Customers, SMS Bundles have been suspended till 24th September 09 to provide you better service during EID. Please subscribe again on 24th September after 2pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This action is taken place last morning at 9:00 AM.  Those who have subscribed yesterday before 9:00AM or later are enjoying there sms bundle but no new subscribers to get any sms bundle offer till 24th September. On query to Telenor they have been answered “We are Sorry for the incontinence you faced but this step is taken for  providing you better service during EID.

What quality of service they want to maintain by suspending SMS Bundle offer right before the EID. This is the time when customers need this service  the most as they wish their love ones, friends and family members.

On the other end

Mobilink Call Center confirmed that Daily SMS bundle has been taken back.

This is the second time Mobilink has taken back daily SMS package, which happens to be the favorite VAS for the customers after its launch. I am not understanding this thing that why first they launch it and later takenback. if their servers are not efficient enough and compatible for this service then why they are playing with the emotions of the customers.
