Dell to launch 10 inch Android tablet in June

As you all may be probably aware of that the launch of the supposed Dell tablet operated by Windows 7 has been postponed more in anticipation of the autumn 2011. At the same hand Dell is in addition working on a Windows 8 tablet to be launched in 2012. Whereas, Dell has constantly been a slowcoach in both the Android smartphones and tablet platform. The Dell Streak can barely get a title of a ground breaker as well as the Dell Streak 7 also hasn’t received scores of positive reviews.

To overtake the launch of new Android tablets by dominating brands like Samsung, Motorola, LG and HTC, Dell is seemingly working and putting their level best efforts on a new-fangled tablet operated by Android which could officially be launched as early as June 2011.

Previously, at the CES 2011 event, a 10 inch Dell Android tablet had been rumored, but we haven’t had a great deal of information about it so far. The tablet could possibly be named Dell Streak 10, and will be operatd by the latest Android OS for tablets which is V3.0 (Honeycomb) along with the Dell Stage User Interface topping on it.

The 10 inch tablet will face against the highly admired and revenue generator Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Motorola Xoom, but no chance for facing Apple’s iPad 2 as its sales counter seems to be hit 50 times faster. As far as the specs of the 10 inch dell tablet are concerned then it would rather be similar to other newly introduced tablets. But there are no words to assure you for the pricing of the tablet, nor are the hardware specifications given definite words.
