Hi guys, its Nasir from Islamabad, I have been using Ufone from almost last 7 years, and I believe they are providing very sub-standard service. They should think of a major change in the policy, its good to advertise but its even better to improve the quality, they should have spend some bucks for their equipment. Since, I live in Islamabad, even then we all the users of Ufone are struggling all the time, while Warid, Telenor and others are just outstanding.
If some of the policy maker guy from Ufone can spare his time to read out my post, he must know that I am a loyal customer and due to their absolute poor service I have been using ufone. So its not a propaganda they should improve the service by and large.
