Buying mobile phone is not required any rocket science but to use it, most of us count features and styles of phones with a renowned brand at the time of purchasing but only 20% use all given features in a cell phone. In both the cases you get the same result but a slight change in output by frequency setting result will be much batter than the cassette, broadcaster also have a rang of 40 meters so the radios available between the rang can set the same radio frequency and hear the song from your cell phone.
